Compensation
●Fixed pay 15 months salary (including 2 months pay-for-performance incentive bonuses and 1 month Attendance Bonus)
●Year-end bonus : Fixed contribution rate from income from operations.
●Profit Sharing Bonus:Fixed contribution rate from total comprehensive income for the year.
●Annual salary adjustments with individual's performances.
